When preparing sushi rice follow the same recipe where rice and vinegar volumes are measured to provide consistent results. Verify pH with test strip.

Prepared sushi rolls and sushi roll ingredients stored within prep cooler lower compartment. No food items double stacked on top of prep cooler.
