Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff lunches (including left-overs of employee meals) were found stored on top shelves in the double door cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Food and beverages belonging to staff must be kept in a separate staff fridge to prevent contamination of food items to be used for hotel guests. ( Immediately).

*According to a kitchen staff member, bleach sanitizer is no longer available as a result counter tops etc. are not being sanitized after cleaning.
All food contact surfaces ( such as cutting boards and counter tops) must be sanitized after cleaning using an approved sanitizer solution ( e.g. 200 ppm Quats sanitizer or
100 ppm chlorine bleach solution ( 1 oz bleach per gallon of water).

* Proper corrective actions are not being taken for dishwasher failing to reach sanitizing temperatures ( 180 F or below). Ensure to re-run or repair the dishwasher if
it fails to reach at least 180 F during final rinse cycle.
