Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. marinated chicken left on the kitchen counter. Internal food product temperature measured at 15C.
2. Raw meat and eggs stored in the stand up cooler and chest cooler measured with an internal food product temperature of 8C.
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous food such as raw meat and egg must be stored at 4C or less. Transfer aforementioned food into a functioning cooler that is able to maintain an ambient air temperature of 4C or less.

Observation: Stand-up cooler and chest cooler located at the back kitchen measured with an ambient air temperature of 7C and 8C respectively.
Corrective Action(s): Service / fix both coolers to ensure an ambient air temperature of 4C or less can be maintained. Do NOT use both coolers to store potentially hazardous food in the meantime.
