Comments

-Follow-up inspection to November 30, 2016.
-Hot holing unit heating bulb has been replaced and unit was greater than 60C (63C on max setting). Ensure hot holding unit has come up to at least 60C before putting hot potentially hazardous foods in the heating unit.
-Walk-in cooler was at 4C at the time of inspection.
-Bleach solution at 200ppm was prepared at the time of inspection.
-Cold water tap has been replaced.
-Conditions of the Public Health Act Correction Order issued November 30, 2016 have been satisfied. Order is rescinded - hot holding unit may be used for the storage of hot potentially hazardous foods.
