Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on Sept 13, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B4KVSV). Technician arrived on-site yesterday to adjust / repair cooler and hot-holder. - All temperatures now meet health requirements: Prep cooler now at 2C Hot-holder now at 60-65C - Sanitizer spray bottles at front of house and back of house both at 200 ppm chlorine residual - Temperature logs have been printed for this month and were updated at time of inspection. Thank you for your co-operation. Ensure that you continue to maintain logs so that you can detect when equipment is not functioning normally No other concerns at this time.
