Screen door by kitchen is fixed
Pest control company came this morning, visit will be increasing to once a week, as indicated on the report. Follow recommendations given by the pest control company.
Operator tried to remove rodent droppings in facility; however, more cleaning needs to be done. Droppings still noted in the following areas:
-->Upstairs: behind container for dirty dishes; shelving at bar
-->Main floor: dry storage area; shelving at dishwashing area; table for takeout boxes; floor around ladders; floor under shelving units by takeout boxes; shelving for plates and utensils (look at corners); underneath 2-door display coolers by back door

The facility must remain CLOSED until a follow-up inspection is conducted by Fraser Health Authority. Written approval must be given prior to re-opening.
In order to re-open, clean up all droppings, sanitize areas, and put all plates and utensils in the dishwasher for a wash.
