Observation: Hand sink found to be in need of cleaning. Food debris noticed around the dough mixer and behind the deep freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroghly clean the hand washing sink. Ensure to clean the floor and wall behind the deep freezer. The area around the dough mixer and the mixer itself must be cleaned daily. (Dec. 8, 2016)

Observation: Grease build up noticed on the fume hood above the deep fryer.
Corrective Action(s): The fume hood must be cleaned and serviced by licensed technicians at least twice a year (December 15, 2016).

Observation: Some ceiling tiles found to be broken or improperly installed exposing the attic to the food preparation areas.
Corrective Action(s): Replace any broken or deteriorated ceiling tiles with new washable type tiles. Ensure to seal/patch any holes or gaps in the drop ceiling (By December 9, 2016)
