Routine inspection

- Hand washing stations in Deli and meat department supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. Recommended extra garbage can right beside hand washing stations.
Hand washing stations are to be free to use at all times with no obstruction in sinks.

- QUAT 200-400 ppm sanitizer available in spray bottles and bottles labeled properly. QUAT dispensers maintained.
- All coolers in deli section measured at or below 4 degree C. Thermometers noted in the units. Temperature monitoring log maintained and kept updated.
- Freezers measured at -18 C or colder.
- Hot holding unit for soup measured above 60 degree C. No food in hot plate unit at this time.

General sanitation is overall good.
- Sanitizing cutting boards and use of wiping clothes discussed with deli staff.
- Color separation for cutting boards discussed regarding chicken cutting boards.
- 2- Comp sink maintained. 3-comp method discussed.
- Fly control lighting noted. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date.
Health operating permit posted.
