General comments:
- Standing water observed under stand-up cooler. Please clean to minimize risk of pest attraction.
- Please ensure ice cream topping containers are covered when not in use so as to reduce risk of physical contamination
- Please clean debris from around rim of deep freeze in dish area, again to reduce risk of contamination of food in freezer
