Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two door produce cooler - air and food temperature is above 4 C (7 C).
This is used mainly for produce, but also for small volume of milk and eggs.
Thermostat was adjusted during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Produce cooler adjusted during inspection and is now colder. Milk and eggs to be kept at 4 C (40 F) or colder. Clean fan covers for this cooler.

Comments

All coolers are at 4 C or colder other than produce cooler (see above).
Two door prep cooler - seal has become loose - repair if necessary.
Hand washing stations in the kitchen and bar area have liquid soap and paper towels.
Bleach is available - reviewed procedures. Clean and sanitize knives, cutting boards, etc. every 2-4 hours. Use 1 tsp bleach in 1 litre of water for wiping cloths.
Dishwasher has a hot water sanitizing rinse - good.
Back storage room - keep door closed.
Pest control - monitoring is in place - good.
