Store chemicals such as car wheel rim polish and cleaning chemicals away from foods.
Store the flat of eggs, cooked sliced beef and chicken in the fridge.
Remove cardboard. Clean and remove grease under cooking equipment.
Lighting in the washroom across from the back door is inadequate. Install a brighter bulb or fixture.
Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory.
Temperature of the dishwasher is satisfactory.
Handwashing station is satisfactory.
