A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - High temperature dishwasher had a temperature of 76C during the rinse cycle at the plate's surface as per max/min thermometer. Dishwasher can be used to wash and sanitize dishware. - Temperature gauges are on order for the dishwasher and will be installed once they arrive. - Thank you for addressing this issue quickly. - The assembly cooler will be repaired early next week. Call our office when this has been completed so an inspection is conducted.
