Premise is sanitary. No signs of pest at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Counter cooler at 4C and below, milk. Ice machine is sanitary with dedicated scoop. 3 compartment sink in use with 300 ppm Quat sanitizer. Single use items are stored in a sanitary manner and discarded after use. Food protected from contamination. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene Condiments are stored in a sanitary manner. Perishable condiments, such as creamers in thermo coolers are time stamped and discarded after 2 hours.
