Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potentially hazardous food in sandwich prep coolers observed not being properly cold held. Probe thermometers revealed temperatures ranging from 7 to 8c. All PHF's were immediately discarded. Temperature gauge of both coolers were lowered. New PHF's were placed inside both coolers once thermometers revealed temperatures were reading below 4c. District manager will remain on site to verfiy both units continue to properly cold hold. Technician was called and will be on site shortly to ensure the coolers are in good working order
