Food Handler Hygiene
o Hand wash stations are fully supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers
-Ensure hand sinks are clean - remove food debris. Only use this for hand washing.
o Operators had clean clothing for food preparation
o Staff washrooms appear clean and are fully supplied for hand hygiene. Ensure staff washrooms are not used for the public.

Storage Temperatures
o Cold holding Coolers are below 4C
o Cold holding Freezers are below -18C

Food Processing and Food Protection
o Approved Food Source - all food ingredients are from an approved source
o Food Storage - Food is stored in covered containers. Thawing is done in the coolers

Maintenance and Sanitation
o 3 Compartment Sink is fully supplied with 200ppm Quats for sanitizing
o Chemical dispensers - 200ppm Quat sanitizer dispensed from tube in wall
-One bottle out of 4 available had 50ppm - refilled and corrected during the inspection. Other bottles had 200-300ppm measured.
o Storage of chemicals is separate and away from food
o Condition of equipment and surfaces - food contact surfaces and equipment are in good repair and clean condition
o Pest control - Operators have a pest control contractor in place and there are no signs of pests at the time of inspection.
-Reviewed pest control records from October and November 2023, no signs of activity in both reports.
-Ensure to monitor back door (small light showing through in corner) for crawling pests.
o Sanitation Plan - Operators have a sanitation plan in place
