Routine inspection

- Hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- Food in Walk-in cooler was measured at or below 4C. All Food are covered and organized inside the cooler. Shelve are clean.
- Under counter coolers with food inserts measured at or below 4C.
- Food in upright freezer measured at or below -18C. Temperature monitoring log kept for all coolers and freezer.
- Food in hot holding unit measured at or above 60C
- Rice in hot holding/cooker held at or above 60C
- Staff hand washing and proper use of gloves were observed.
- No obvious sign of pest at this date.
- Three compartment sink maintained. QUAT sanitizer measured at 200ppm in the sink. QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles noted.
- Health permit is posted.
General sanitation is good overall. Floor is clean.

Reminders: Increase the frequency of cleaning for high touch surfaces such as door handles and equipment faces. Ensure to wipe down and clean food splatters from the equipment more frequent.
Noted a minor leak from the faucet in the kitchen. Ensure to repair the tap so that there is no water leaking from the faucet. Date to be corrected by: Next routine inspection.
Ensure to follow cleaning procedure for vegetable cutter.
