Comments

Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on Oct 18, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B5NSTD).

- Hand wash sink on right side of front service area has been repaired and in good working order (stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels)
- Hand sink in back area near walk-in cooler is still draining slowly. Supervisor states that a technician had already looked at the sink. Please have technician service the sink again to prevent it from fully clogging
- Area remains in good sanitary condition. All quaternary ammonium compound sanitizer pails at 200 ppm, drink mixer sanitizer bottle contains 200 ppm quats

Reminders:
1) Frequently clear up the back area and remove cardboard clutter and garbage
2) Food contact surfaces, including the cutting board and knife on the sandwich prep cooler, must be frequently sanitized in accordance with your corporate sanitation plan

Thank you for your co-operation.
