Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
One hand sink by the display case has a broken soap dispenser. Work order has been submitted to repair this unit.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm (in buckets).
Display cooler at or below 4 deg C.
Line coolers and back upright coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Upright freezers were at or below -18 deg C.
High temp dishwasher reached 73.7 deg C at plate surface.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Dining area and washrooms were in sanitary condition at time of inspection.
