Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vegetable inserts stored in the undercounter cooler are measured at 7C. Operator claimed the vegetable inserts were in the undercounter cooler for 2 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Store vegetable inserts into a cooler holding an air ambient temperature of 4C or less. Operator corrected at the time of inspection.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and available. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer use at self-serve and front till. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Health screening of all employees before entering work documented. Disinfection schedule in place (i.e.:disinfect common touch surfaces every 1 hour) and documented. No dine-in at this time as per current PHO order.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser, bucket, and spray bottles measured at 200ppm.
Walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler met temperature health requirements. Temperature logs well maintained except for the sandwich cooler.
All hot-holding units met temperature health requirements.
No signs of pests observed.
Overall, facility is well organized and clean.

NOTE: Turn the temperature dial down in the undercounter cooler and sandwish cooler to help hold a temperature of 4C or less during lunch rush.
