Routine inspection:

Reminder that no resuable plates and forks/spoons/knives is allowed with more than 10 seats (facility currently has 16 seats) for dine in unless the commercial high temperature dishwasher is fully operational. Ensure 71 degrees C or greater at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle. Contact your district environmental health officer if you have any questions.

3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing.
100ppm bleach available for use in container. Reminder to store all wiping cloths in this solution when not in use.
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Walk in cooler used to store and marinate chicken at or below 4 degrees C.
