Observation: Mice droppings noted throughout the facility - along window sill, under prep sink, under shelving units of the dry storage area and outside dining area (closet for jackets).
Corrective Action(s): Please remove the mice droppings daily to ensure that the sealed holes are effective and identify new entry points. Recommend ensuring all food products are stored in a tight fitting close tid to protect food from contamination. Forward the last month's weekly pest control reports to the Health Unit for review.
