* Sanitizer was available and found to be at 200 ppm chlorine residual in buckets to store wiping rags
* Food was covered in storage; reminded staff to cover the frozen spring rolls more thoroughly to protect them from contamination
* Hand washing station had liquid soap and paper towels
* Monitoring records were available and up to date; ensure these records are properly dated with month too
* Dishwasher final rinse was 73.4'C after multiple cycles; operator to have booster adjusted for proper final rinse temperature consistency(74'C/165'F or hotter)
* Note: counter top in kitchen where soup hot-holding and hand washing station located requires upgrade as it has deteriorated
* Overall well maintained and organized
