Hand sinks are stocked with liquid soap and paper towel.
Storage - satisfactory;
No signs of pests are noted at the time of inspection.
Fan hood - satisfactory;

Recommendations:

- To install extra cooler in the premise;
- Properly label spray containers (if it's water or sanitizer);
- Quat sanitizer must be checked every day (concentration must be 200 ppm);
- Keep away from the kitchen hand sink containers with food;
- Thermometers must be available in all cold units; Temperature log has to be available.
- Ice-bath should be under cut vegetables;

Note: Some food has been relocated into the freezer (the freezer overcrowded).

Be aware: If potentially hazardous food is going to be found at room temperature all of it is going to be discarded.
