Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoop handle stored in dry food container in a manner that may contaminate food items. Chef notified and they removed and put the scoops for wash. The chef and staff were educated on proper scoop storage.

Overall, kitchen is maintained in a sanitary manner

-Hand wash station is fully equipped
-Walk-in coolers are both at 4C and storage is adequate
-Freezer is at -18C
-Dry storage is good. Pest proof containers are used. See violation for correction
-Low temperature dishwasher achieves 50ppm Chlorine. *ensure there are test strips available*
-Sanitizer solution in bucket with cloth achieves 200ppm
-Ice machine is clean
-Both bar area sinks are fully equipped and no concerns noted.
-No signs of pest activity
