A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezer -21C; hot holding above 60C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottle and at 3-comp sink had 200ppm strength. Test strips present.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; foods stored in groups with proteins below RTE foods; and food stored 6" off the floor on racks, shelves or platforms.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- The 3-comp sink drain pipe has been repaired and no longer leaks.
- Floor tiles under the 3-comp sink have been repaired. The floor is smooth, durable, sealed, and cleanable.
- Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present, or possesses an equivalent course.
- Violations from the previous inspection have been corrected.
