Quats on hand at dispenser and feeding at 200 to 400 ppm - OK **recommend using main dispensing unit for quats spray bottles too. Noroquat use here is not needed. Reviewed reheating and hot holding procedures for pasta sauces - OK. reviewed paper towels use with operator - all good.
