> Equipment in back prep area has significant grease buildup.
> Grease buildup noted in between and on the sides of cooking equipment (deep fryers, grill top, prep coolers).
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize above mentioned areas.

**All other coolers were not plugged in for use at the time.

> Handsinks supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap. All but one (see above violation) were supplied with paper towels.
> Low temperature dishwasher had 100ppm chlorine residual.
> 200ppm QUATS sanitizer available in spray bottles.
> No signs of pests at time of inspection.
> Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition.
> Good food storage and organization. Dry goods at least 15cm off the floor.
> Please ensure all drinks dispense machines are cleaned and sanitized as per manufacturer's instructions.

Signature not obtained due to COVID protocols. Inspection findings reviewed with staff on site.
