Routine inspection.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers are 4c or below.
Walkin freezer at -18c.
Hot holding (rice) at 70c.
All foods are being stored off the floor.
REMINDER: ALL ITEMS IN WALKIN COOLER SHOULD ALSO BE STORED OFF THE FLOOR. This will help facilitate better cleaning.
Sanitizer in sanitizer bucket found at 100ppm concentration.
Dishwasher reached 50ppm concentration for sanitize cycle.
Chemicals are being stored separately.
Overall sanitation is adequate.
Ventilation hoods are in sanitary condition.
Food storage areas are in sanitary condition.
No pest issues noted during time of inspection.
Employees observed to be wearing proper protective wear (ie. uniform)
Employee onsite has foodsafe certification.
