Note: Meal prep done in main kitchen and served out of the cottage kitchen. Minimal food prep done in cottage kitchen. Other observations: √ Fridges ≤4°C, Freezers ≤ -18°C √ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel √ Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm √ Domestic style dishwashers present with sanitizing cycle capability though unable to test during inspection. Ecolab dishwasher stickers available on site and used to monitor domestic dishwasher temperatures. **Regular monitoring of dishwashers not being consistently done. Have staff do a test of dishwashers and email undersigned EHO results. √ General sanitation and maintenance is very good √ Thermometers present √ Temperature logs maintained √ No concerns with staff hygiene noted during inspection
