Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AC8QLW:

Hand sink clear of obstructions and available for use. Liquid soap and paper towels provided.
100ppm bleach available for use. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Under the counter cooler serviced. Ambient air temperature 0-2 degrees C. Operator not to store raw meat or seafood as a precaution.
Food products covered adequately in the walk in cooler and sliding glass door cooler.
Back door kept closed to prevent potential pest entry.

Improvement in general sanitation. Further cleaning still required around the grease trap, behind the main cooking line and all hard to reach areas of shelves.
