Observation: Mouse droppings observed in dry storage area. Evidence of food damage not observed, but mice can damage/contaminate food if left unchecked. Please remove all dry foods, perform a thorough clean + sanitize w/bleach of floor. Plug any holes seen where pests can enter.

Comments

General observations:
- Bleach level in sanitizer bottle low. Please replace bottles with fresh solution every morning. (1 teaspoon household bleach/litre water)
- Hand sink was blocked by buckets. Please ensure handwash sinks are accessible to encourage frequent hand washing.
- Uncovered soup observed in cooler. Ensure all food is covered during storage.
- Please do a cleaning of the perimeter, especially in corners. This will discourage pest activity.
Operational observations:
- Coolers maintained @ 4C or less
- Dishwasher (Hi-temp) working well, reached ~74C
- Foodsafe certified staff present.
- Overall sanitation very good.
- Washrooms clean + stocked.
