Observation: Some food debris noted on the floor under fryers, edges/perimeter of walk-in cooler, and walk-in freezer. Corners of counters (e.g. by coffee machine) and floors under ice cream machines also require deep cleaning.

Patties were cooked and measured to be 81C at time of inspection
Condiments were fully submerged in ice during service
Manual warewashing at three compartment sink properly setup, 200ppm Quats at third sink
Test strips available (recommend relocate the test strips so it does not fall into water)
Quats sanitizer @200ppm in buckets and wiping clothes were submerged in sanitizer
No apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection
Foodsafe staff is onsite
*Temperature records has been taken by manager and will be bringing the new templates in, previous months available
**Men's washroom requires plumbing work and is scheduled to be repaired.
