Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Incense candle was lit inside food prep area and releasing smoke while food prep was occurring. Staff were notified and educated. The candle was moved into the office area
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is protected and any incense candle lighting should not be done in food prep areas as smoke contamination may occur

- All coolers are at or below 4C.

- Sanitizer available - bleach and water solution
- Dry storage is good
- No signs of pest activity
Ensure processed food items (such as peeled onions) are placed in the cooler after processing
