left prep. cooler 3 C, right prep. cooler 3 C, contaminated bulk foods discarded. bulk foods stored in pest proof covered containers. Floor, coolers, dry storage room have been cleaned as required. Floor tiles have been re-grouted and is a easily cleanable surface. Closure order complied with and now rescinded. Premise may resume operation.
