Observation: OUTSTANDING: BOH handwashing station cleared of obstructions and stocked with liquid soap and paper towels, however water flow for both hot and cold water is inadequate for handwashing.
OUTSTANDING: FOH handwash station not stocked with paper towels or paper towel dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the handsink to ensure that there is steady and adequate flow of hot and cold water for conveniently washing hands.

Some cleaning still required in corners of the walk-in cooler
Yogurt machines cleaned and sanitized weekly; every Sunday by trained staff. Staff not available at the time of inspection to verify sanitation methods
Sewage odor still present in BOH ice machine area. contact plumber to address issue.
