Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dish washer is still not dispensing minimum of 50ppm chlorine sanitizer to the dishes during the final rinse cycle.
Corrective Action(s): Manually wash dishes as follows: 1. Wash 2. Rinse 3. Sanitize (submerge in 100ppm chlorine sanitizer, 30 sec) 4. Air Dry
