Follow-up inspection to October 01, 2021.
Bleach sanitizer pails and spray bottles ranged from 100ppm to 200ppm.
Vegetable slicers were clean and well maintained. Equipment properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
Handwash station faucet serviced. Handwash station equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
Chemicals were properly labelled. Chemicals can be labelled in any language which staff understand.
Vent hood area has been cleaned. Ensure hood area is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
Chicken was cooled in a single layer and ranged from 5C to 7C - cooled foods can be place din the freezer to assist rapid cooling.
Facility is granted Health Approval to operate. Note: This approval does not exempt you from receiving approvals from other agencies. Prior to completing structural or operational changes to the facility, contact the Health Department for approval.
