Premises very clean and organized at time of inspection.
-cooling units all below 4 C.
-Freezers range at -15 to -18 C.
-Dishwasher low temp - 50 ppm noted.
-Sanitizer spray with Ecolab sink and surface. Measured within parameters. Good bottle availability everywhere.

Note: Temp logs system in place. Make sure staff kick start the process of temp logs for the upcoming season.
