Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bulk scooper for bread crumbs left on wire shelf. Operator indicates it should have been left on the hook as provided
Corrective Action(s): Dishwash the scooper.

The wired shelves are not regularly cleaned and sanitized do not leave the scooper there. Either leave it hung on your hook or lodged in the bread crumbs handle-up or in a washable clean container.

Corrective Action(s): Inform your pest control to place some mechanical fly traps there
