Corrective Action(s): Clean the inside of the ice machine with an approved sanitizer. Ensure to follow the proper sanitizing procedure for ice machine. Drain the machine completely prior to sanitizer. Follow the manufacture's direction.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BD8V69:

- Scoops are clean. No visible food debris noted.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated bucket with presoaked wiping cloths at 100ppm chlorine concentration.
- The glasswasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine sanitizer. Test strips available for monitoring purpose.
- Mouse droppings have been cleared and the areas disinfected with approved sanitizers.
- General sanitation has improved. The following areas have been cleaned:
- underneath the two compartment sink.
- floors of the dry storage room
- on the floor of the upright cooler in the main kitchen
- in and around the glasswasher area
- Soap dispensed has been mounted on the wall at the main handwashing station in the kitchen
- All refrigeration units are equipped with working thermometers inside.
