-Frigidaire cooler's below 2 degC
-Freezers are below -18 degC
-Soups are above 60 degC
-Hand sink is fully equipped.
-Discussed ingredients of the chili oil that's on the tables. Operator says that there is no garlic in the oil.
-200ppm bleach solution is available in spray bottles on-site.
-Danby cooler was at 8 degC. Operator was defrosting the cooler to clean up the ice build up in the freezer section. Do not store PHF's like eggs in the cooler while you're defrosting. The eggs were moved to another cooler. No other PHF's were stored in the cooler.
-Your Foodsafe level 1 certificate will expire on July 29, 2018. Get recertified. You can take an online Refresher course at: www.foodsafe.ca
