- Low temp chlorine dishwasher reached 100ppm chlorine sanitation on dish surface
- Cooler temps </= -4C; freezers temps </= -18C
- 200ppm chlorine sanitizer spray bottle present
*- Renovations are going to be finished within 10 days; all mentioned structural damages will be fixed according to operator
*- Thorough cleaning required; make this into a routine
- Wooden platforms in cooking area have been replaced with washable rubber mats
- Stainless steel dishwasher stand present to replace wooden stand
- Owners are in process of obtaining foodsafe level 1 certificate; they will email registration receipt
