Mew with Manager and further discussed the cleaning /sanitation procedure.
The complaint that was received by our office, Manager did not have any information on it.
Quat has been used as approved sanitizer ( measured at 200ppm )
Test strips - available on site.
Daily temperature log include the daily measuring of the quats
High temp dishwasher reached 184F at the final rinse.
