Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station did not have liquid hand soap.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwash stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facility proper handwashing. Liquid hand soap was replaced at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-2-door under counter cooler was at 1C.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Cake display cooler was at 4C.
-Customer area coolers were at 4C (exception of cooler undergoing defrost cycle).
-Upright freezer was at -20C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer pail labelled and tested at 200ppm. Sanitizer pail changed every 2 hours.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-General food storage practice good at the time of inspection.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection in the tin cat monitoring stations.
*Recommend labelled egg wash spray bottle to prevent accident misuse of spray bottle.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training (Foodwise) valid until October 09, 2024.
