- No food was stored in the pizza prep cooler at time of inspection - Pizza prep cooler has been repaired; ambient temperature was measured to be 3C at the insert level and at the undercounter level. - A new accurate thermometer was placed in the prep cooler. *Ensure to monitor the temperature using this thermometer daily. Temperature in prep cooler must not be greater than 4C. - Please fax the invoice for the servicing of the prep cooler to 604-930-5415 - Operator may now store food in pizza prep cooler. *Ensure not to completely fill inserts. Only fill inserts 1/2 full to promote better air circulation. *Correction Order rescinded.
