Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One dry ingredient bin was missing a proper lid/cover. Cardboard was being used as a cover.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed previously, use only food-grade materials that are non-absorbent and can be properly cleaned and sanitized to cover foods.

- Hand sink at back of kitchen has been serviced; hot water tap is now working properly.
- Hand washing stations were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - good
- All food items in walk-in cooler were properly covered - please maintain this.
- Dough machine was observed to be clean
- Pizza hot holding unit was at 63C - good.
- Steam tables were in use at time of inspection; food held at above 60C.
