Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted containers of sanitizer in the hand sinks of the deli area. Hand sink by sandwich preparation area was completed obstructed with boxes.
Corrective Action(s): Do not obstruct hand washing sinks or place any items in the hand sinks.

Observation: Noted breads for display on deli cooler display case and bulk breads on racks for customers to dispense themselves did not have any barriers/covers. This issue has been noted on the past two inspection reports.
Corrective Action(s): Have barriers/covers in place to protect the self serve bulk breads/display breads for the customers protected from contamination. To be completed by the next routine inspection.

Observation: Requested revised floor plans for structural changes at the last routine inspection. Floor plans have not been received and premises has not been granted formal approval for the changes.

Comments

- Manager confirmed staff know not to mix soap and sanitizer. Ensure staff thoroughly rinse soapy towels before storing in sanitizer solution. Soap and sanitizer solution should not be mixed.
- No warewashing was taking place at time of inspection. Manager confirmed that staff know not to use the hand sinks to wash the meat slicers. The two compartment sink on site should be used.
