Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Can opener blade observed to have built-up of food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aformentioned item after each use or every 2 hours of continuous use which ever is lesser. If busy, put can opener into dishpit to be washed at a later time when less busy.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser and spray bottles at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
Prep cooler, walk-in cooler and stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Ensure that walk-in cooler floors and underneath shelving units in walk-in cooler are cleaned daily to prevent food build-up.

Overall, facility is well organized.
