As discussed on Friday January 8th with staff a follow up inspection conducted today to confirm the following items are not for sale at the facility:
- Sausage French Bread
- Cheese Chocolate Bread
- Avocado& Smoked Chicken
- Cheese Tuna Soft Bread
- Cheese Pumpkin Bread
- Durian Bread
- Any other baked good from unapproved bakery.

Environmental Health Officer observed no unapproved food items at time of inspection. The display cabinet was emptied of all sale tags and food items.

NOTE: An updated food safety plan must be submitted for the facility that is SITE SPECIFIC to this location. Ensure this item is provided to this area inspector as well as the Kingsway area inspector.

NOTE: As discussed on prior inspection, all potentially hazardous food items are to be stored at temperatures greater or equal to 60 degrees Celsius or less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius. Ensure proper storage of any potentially hazardous food items.
