This inspection done by an EHO student.

GENERAL COMMENTS & OBSERVATION
The following cold and hot holding units were measured and recorded.
-Walkin Cooler 3.0 deg. C
-Walkin freezer -19.0 deg. C
-Prep Cooler insert level 0 deg. C, drawer level 3.0 deg. C
-UnderCounter freezer -15.0 deg. C
-Ice Cream Chest -14.0 deg. C
-Beverage air undercounter Cooler 2 deg. C
-Hot holding unit for hot dog 71.0 deg. C
-High temp dishwasher 74 deg. C at plate, 82 deg C at the guage.
-Dipper wells hot and cold are in use.
-Ice machine in Satisfactory Condition with ice scoop stored outside ice machine.
-Quats bucket sanitizer observed at food prep area, dishwashing area and food service area all measured 200ppm.
-Food protected from contamination - Covered, well labelled and stored off the floor in walk in cooler, walkin freezer and dry storage area.
-foodsafe certified staff member on-site at the time of inspection
-All damaged and not-in-use equipment removed from premise to allow more storage space.
-Monthly pest control report by ORKIN PC reviewed- no concerns noted.
NOTE: -Operator explained that pest company came in last february due to Covid. Another visit expected between end of July & early August.
-Temperature log is well maintained and documented
-General Sanitation is satisfactory
-No signs of pest activity at the time of visit.


COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
-Covid-19 safety plan developed and available on site.
-Direction and physical distancing floor markings in place.
-Plexi glass shield installed at customer order/pay point.
-QUATs Sanitizer available for sanitizing high touch surfaces and tables after each customer and as needed.
-No self service station observed in premise
-Some dinning tables are closed to customers to 2 metre distance between each party.
-All staff members observed with face mask, as physical distancing in kitchen area is not feasible.

NOTE: -OSTRO SAN disinfectant with DIN 02465116 in use for wiping down tables after each customer due to Covid.
-Operator Should Contact IHOP for more information regarding OSTRO SAN disinfectant and consult fraser Health.
